Our Process

  • 1 - 60 min Consultation Call to discuss your vision, needs and scope of your trip.

  • 2 - Proposal & Deposit Invoice outlining the plan for your trip. (Non-refundable)

  • 3 - 30 Day Payment Window. After 30 days, the process resets and a new consultation is required.

  • 4 - Deposit Payment Received. Once your deposit is paid, we officially begin planning and booking on your behalf.

  • 5 - Confirmations Sent. You'll receive all the logistics and details to review. You'll have 48 hours to share any changes or concerns.

  • 6 - Remaining Balance Invoice. Your final invoice must be paid one week before your trip.
