High Vibez is a travel and entertainment group based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We promote local experiences, tours, and services offered by third-party providers in Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and Tulum. We serve both international and local clients.

2. Services & Booking

  • Bookings are made directly through our website using secure Wix forms & Wix payments.

  • Payments are processed through Square in USD.

  • Bookings may reflect real-time availability, but final confirmation is subject to availability. High Vibez reserves the right to cancel or deny a booking.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your booking information.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds are issued if a client cancels a booking.

  • Refunds are only provided if High Vibez cancels the service provided.

  • By making a booking or a purchase, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.

4. Third-Party Providers

  • High Vibez acts solely as a booking and promotional intermediary.

  • All tours, transportation, accommodations, and experiences are operated by independent third-party providers.

  • Once a client is transferred to the provider, the provider assumes full responsibility for delivering the service.

  • High Vibez is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or dissatisfaction resulting from third-party services.

 

5. No Insurance Provided

  • High Vibez does not provide travel or activity insurance.

  • You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own insurance coverage if desired.

 

6. Pricing & Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Wix or Square may charge additional service or processing fees, which will be visible at checkout.

  • There are no hidden fees added by High Vibez.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Scrape or copy content without written permission

  • Interfere with the site’s performance or security

All content, including text, images, branding, and certain elements of the website's design, layout, and system functionality, are either the intellectual property of High Vibez or the CTO, "Sebastien Augustin". Any third-party intellectual property, including systems or designs not owned by High Vibez, may not be used, replicated, or distributed without the express permission of the rightful owner.
