Ticket Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket; e-tickets or printed versions must be presented at the door.

• Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.

Age Restriction

• This is a 18+ event. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

Entry & Re-Entry Policy

• Doors open at 9:00pm. Entry will not be permitted after [TDB], so please arrive on time.

Bag Policy

• All bags are subject to security checks.

• Small purses or clutches are allowed.

• Backpacks, large bags, and oversized items are prohibited.

Code of Conduct

• Respect all attendees, staff, and performers. Disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

• Alcohol Overconsumption is strongly discouraged. Bar staff reserve the right to deny service to intoxicated individuals.

• Management reserves the right to remove anyone who is intoxicated, causing disturbances, or violating event policies.

• This is a zero-tolerance event for harassment or violence.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, professional cameras, and drones are not allowed.

• Laser pointers and large light rigs are prohibited but Glow sticks and small LED accessories are encouraged.

Weather Policy

• The event will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be provided via Email, Instagram and WhatsApp.

• No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes unless the event is canceled by High Vibez.

Photography & Media Release

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the staff on arrival.
